The Bedroom Scroll

The scroll is in three vertical panels. The centre panel continues the theme from the Linen Cupboard series. The left panel shows an empty creased bed. In the right panel someone sleeps a hand out to the side and their legs hidden under the sheets.

Method: The scrolls where created through a combination of screen printing and dry point printing onto white cotten bed sheets. The left and right panels each required 9 dry point plates to build the detail and depth of colour. The centre panel was screened and hand painted. Only one scroll was printed.
